Frustration with offshore support teams and time zones
Is anyone else struggling to get timely help from these international platforms? It is incredibly annoying when you run into a technical glitch at 8 PM our time, but the support team is asleep because they are based halfway across the world. I am looking for a service that actually operates on our schedule. I need to know if there is a local option that understands Kiwi connectivity issues and responds while I am actually awake.
